payment

Methods of Payment; I will accept payment via Paypal Goods and Services or Invoice primarily, based upon preference but will also take Ko-Fi payments if desired. I take payment Upfront, after the Sketch, or 50/50 for larger orders.

rights

Your rights to the art; You have the rights to utilize the art made by me for personal use and to share the finished piece with credit to one of my accounts.
You may not profit off of (unless discussed appropriately), claim you made, or otherwise make major adjustments to the piece yourself.The artist's rights to the art; I have rights as the author of the art to share the piece as examples of my work or add it to my gallery, however requests to keep the art private will be respected.

editing

Editing; I will do edits to the piece upon request throughout the process, however major edits requested after the sketch phase has already been completed will cost extra depending upon the change. Color changes or adjustments during the coloring phase are perfectly ok and are not subject to additional cost.

Commercial Usage and Promotional; Art used for promotional or Commercial purposes (Page boosting, advertising something, keychains, stickers, etc) can be discussed at an additional +50-100% of the original cost depending on the intended use.
Complexity; Characters with extreme levels of complexity are subject to additional charge.
Backgrounds;
Please note any detailed backgrounds with props and scenery are experimental at this current time.
Rush Orders
I will do rush orders at a fee decided by how far you are being pushed to the front of the work que, or for the amount of work being rushed. Price will vary.
